Fanpit is a unified mobile platform designed to streamline everyday experiences—ranging from food delivery and movie tickets to retail shopping and event bookings.
Created 12 high-fidelity wireframes showcasing the full end-to-end food ordering journey—from restaurant discovery and menu browsing to real-time tracking and post-delivery feedback.
Focused on retention strategies through loyalty rewards, gamified status tiers, and timely feedback prompts. Ensured the experience was mobile-first, scalable, and aligned with modern design systems.
I was tasked with creating a scalable and intuitive mobile UI that balances multiple high-traffic services within a single ecosystem, while also enhancing user retention through loyalty integration and AI assistance.
Integrated a conversational AI assistant within the design to support users with order suggestions, reorders, and smart tracking.
