Finovo
Problem:

Managing finances today often requires using multiple banking apps, cards, and payment platforms, which leads to a fragmented and confusing user experience. Users frequently struggle to quickly access important financial information such as balances, transactions, and payment options.
Many banking applications are also overly complex, making it difficult for users to perform simple actions like sending money, managing cards, or tracking spending. This complexity increases cognitive load and can create hesitation when performing financial tasks.
Additionally, users need greater visibility and control over their finances, including spending insights, card security, and transaction history — all in a simple and intuitive interface.
The challenge was to design a mobile banking experience that simplifies financial management while ensuring users feel secure, in control, and confident when performing transactions.
User Pain Points:
From research and product reviews of existing banking apps, several common problems emerged:
1. Information Overload
Many fintech apps present too much financial information at once, making it hard for users to focus on what matters most.
2. Difficult Navigation
Important actions like sending money or viewing transactions are sometimes buried under multiple screens.
3. Lack of Financial Clarity
Users often struggle to get a quick overview of their finances or understand where their money is going.
4. Security ConcernsUsers want quick access to security features such as freezing cards or verifying transactions.
