I was tasked with creating a scalable and intuitive mobile UI that balances multiple high-traffic services within a single ecosystem, while also enhancing user retention through loyalty integration and AI assistance.
Retail-main
Integrated a conversational AI assistant within the design to support users with order suggestions, reorders, and smart tracking.
Focused on retention strategies through loyalty rewards, gamified status tiers, and timely feedback prompts. Ensured the experience was mobile-first, scalable, and aligned with modern design systems.

Step 1: Map User Journey & Identify Pain Points

  • Create a user flow diagram of the entire Fanplt service journey

  • Identify moments of hesitation, confusion, or decision fatigue

  • Mark these as potential AI intervention points

AI Trigger Scenarios:

 

1. On Homepage (first visit only): - Show: "Hi! I'm here to help you find the right service. What are you looking for?" - Design: Small, welcoming banner at top (dismissible)

 

2. On Service Listing Page (after 20 seconds): - Show: "Need help choosing? I can recommend based on your needs." - Design: Subtle slide-in from bottom corner with gentle animation

 

3. During Service Selection (when user toggles between 3+ services): - Show: "I notice you're comparing options. Want me to break down the differences?" - Design: Inline suggestion within the comparison view

 

4. At Checkout (if user pauses for 10+ seconds): - Show: "Questions about booking? I'm here to help." - Design: Contextual tooltip near checkout button
